How quickly can you pick up?
For same-day courier jobs we usually have a driver at your door within an hour of confirming the booking. Scheduled pickups are collected in the window you choose.
How is the price worked out?
Price depends on distance, vehicle size, weight and how fast it needs to arrive. We always confirm the price with you before a driver is dispatched.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. Every delivery is covered by our cargo insurance. If you are sending something of high value, tell us when booking and we can arrange additional cover.
Do I get proof of delivery?
Every delivery is confirmed with a signature or a photo at the door, and the confirmation is sent to you as soon as the job is complete.
What can’t you carry?
We don’t transport hazardous materials, firearms, cash or anything illegal. If you’re unsure about an item, ask dispatch before booking.
Do you work weekends and after hours?
Yes. Saturday deliveries run as standard, and urgent after-hours or Sunday jobs can be arranged with dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We collect from your door and ship by air or ocean to most countries. We prepare the commercial invoice and export documents, clear customs and can quote duties and taxes up front so the recipient isn’t surprised.
